We had a fantastic day at Peterborough City Hospital, connecting with the community, sharing the heart behind two of our services – Mobile Dental Services and Friends for Needs. 💙🦷🤝

From offering compassionate, on-the-go dental care for the elderly to providing reliable, friendly support to help individuals live independently – our mission is simple: to make everyday life healthier, happier, and more connected.

Here are 5 simple daily tips to help you support their oral health:

1️⃣ Use a soft-bristled toothbrush or foam swab to gently clean teeth, gums, and tongue—this helps remove bacteria and keeps the mouth fresh.

2️⃣ Aim to brush twice a day. Even if your loved one has few or no natural teeth, cleaning the gums and tongue is essential to prevent infection.

3️⃣ Use fluoride toothpaste to protect remaining teeth from decay and strengthen enamel.
