10/04/2026
I just wanted to let you know that I will be retiring on 03/06/26. I can honestly say that I have loved my time at Dash Dental Care, from starting as an associate in 1995 to owning the practice for 25 years. Over the past 31 years I have come to know many of you well and it often feels like I am seeing good friends rather than just patients when you come to see me.
And so, I am genuinely going to miss you all and the amazing team so much. But I am leaving you in the best hands. I have no doubt that Lizzie and David Morris, the new owners, will take the practice from strength to strength. Jacob Connolly, Sunil Heer and Georgia Barron, the dentists at Dash, all share my ethos and practice in a caring, empathetic, and professional way just as I hope I have. I hope you will continue to support the practice as you have for me. Your support has meant so much to me especially last year when we lost Damian. My retirement will not look quite as planned without one of my best friends to share it. But I intend to make it a long and full one in his honour.
I have been able to see many of you face to face already to inform you that I am leaving, but I appreciate there may be some of you that I won’t get to see before I leave. I will be working at the practice every Wednesday (except May 6th and 13th) with my last day being 3rd June. So, if anyone would like to pop in over lunch or at the end of the day to discuss your ongoing care, have a final chinwag or just say goodbye I would love to see you.
Best wishes to you all.
