Ice cream is not bad for your teeth however contains sugar always ask for a sugar free ice-cream option never crash ice with your teeth… they tent to chip your teeth. 🩵.

Hello most of my patients ask about whitening toothpaste… they do not work if you did not have professional whitening done first.. they only act as whitening maintenance. You must rest after finish the toothpaste tube and use highly fluoridated toothpaste.since they are very abrasive.
