We are currently having issues with our phone lines due to BT line upgrades. The issue is resulting in the line being ‘dead’.

BT engineers are due on site on the 1st of November and hope to rectify the problem by mid-day. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

ON THE 28TH MAY THE GOVERNMENT ANNOUNCED DENTAL SURGERIES COULD REOPEN ON THE 8TH June. We are delighted to know we are able to work towards getting back to normal. However, this won’t happen immediately. Over the next few weeks we will be adjusting our workflow to comply with new COVID19 regulations and guidance. Therefore, please be patient with us over the coming weeks. We will contact patients in due course that have had their appointments cancelled / rebooked appointments. Please do not come to the practice to make an appointments/ enquires. Instead please continue to call the practice with any concerns you have. We will be prioritising those patients that have had/ having dental problems. We thank you for your patience at this challenging time.

Dear Valued Patient,

During these unprecedented times we are unable to provide the normal care that patients are used to. Our practice will remain open during normal working hours to provide advice to patients and where necessary provide care in the form of advice on analgesics and prescriptions for antibiotics.

If you have a dental emergency or need advice then please contact our telephone triage service by calling the practice on 01253 722 051.

Practices are working together and face to face consultations and very limited treatment, if necessary, will be provided for clinically urgent problems at one of these practices after telephone consultation with a dentist.

If you are calling outside of normal hours and have an urgent dental problem, please consider if this could wait until the following day or over the weekend rather than accessing the out of hours services.

If calling out of hours and the problem is extremely severe please contact the out of hours service through NHS111.

If your dental problem includes uncontrolled bleeding and a swelling that is causing breathing problems this is an emergency and you should go to A&E.

Please only contact us in cases of a genuine emergency as we need to prioritise our limited resources to help those who need us.

We will be contacting all patients who currently have appointments booked with us. Please do not attend the practice.

We would also like to take this opportunity to remind patients to follow government guidance during this difficult time and wherever possible to STAY AT HOME.

Our team has worked with you and your family for many years and we look forward to seeing you again as soon as we can. We would like to send you our best wishes and hope that you stay safe and well during this extremely difficult time.

Sincerely,

Imran, Graham, Farah, Richard & Heather

We have taken the difficult decision to temporarily close our clinic to routine appointments & switch to an emergency only clinic in line with government guidelines.

We believe this to be in the best interest of our patients, team, and wider public.

All appointments will be cancelled one week at a time. A member of our team will contact you, and
place you on to our cancellation lists or provisionally rebook for another date.

We'll continue to post updates on Instagram, Facebook and directly to our patients via email.

If any patients have concerns, contact us and of our team will review your situation.

Please understand these are challenging times for all health care workers.

Please do not make an appointment unless it is a genuine dental emergency.

Please do not abuse team members adhering to strict emergency guidelines. Leaving your homes does impact on the spread of this virus, and whilst we are here to help you, we must also take account of our joint responsibility to the wider public during this time.
