NHS New Patient Applications Now Open

Due to increased clinical capacity, we are opening a further intake of NHS new-patient examination appointments for people living within the FY8 and PR4 postcode areas.

Over the past 12 months, we have welcomed more than 1,000 new NHS patients, and we look forward to welcoming more local people to the practice.

Please note:

-This application route is only for people who have never previously attended Martin J Kenyon Dental Surgeons.
-Applications are accepted online only. Reception cannot process applications or provide updates by telephone, email, in person or through social media.
-Submitting the form does not guarantee an appointment. Applicants will be contacted directly as NHS appointments become available.
-The form may close once the available intake capacity has been reached.

We understand that recent changes to NHS dental availability locally have left some families concerned.

If you are looking for an NHS dentist for your child, we are currently accepting NHS children at Martin J Kenyon Dental Surgeons.

NHS dental care is free for children under 18, so there is no charge for routine check-ups or clinically necessary treatment.

Due to high demand, NHS children’s places are currently limited to families living in FY8 and PR4 postcode areas.

Our focus is prevention and helping children feel confident and comfortable at the dentist from an early age.

Due to significant local demand, all requests must be submitted via our online form which can be accessed below:

The form will remain available while we assess current NHS capacity and may close without notice once our intake threshold has been reached.
