The hills are so steep, and they just keep coming! 4 big climbs today - thank you for your messages - they really help spur me on! Last year David and Casey spent a day working in one of Dentaid’s mobile dental surgeries. Dentaid were out in the community helping people who find it difficult to register with a dentist due to personal circumstances.

Dentaid help a wide range of people, but this month, we are supporting victims of domestic violence who have often fled home, with their children.

Please give what you can to help Dentaid build a new mobile treatment unit. Every penny you donate goes directly to Dentaid, so give generously!

Day 3 - We made it to the top of Petit Ballon yesterday. A tough day and another to come today.

Day 2 - Yesterday was tough. Grand Ballon was toughest climb I have ever done. Petit Ballon today, a shorter climb, but more height gain and distance through the day. 102 miles today. Wish me luck!

It’s 11°C in Basel this morning and I am getting ready to embark on 5 days and 723km of cycling through the Alps through Switzerland, France and Germany. It’s going to be a tough challenge, but all in aid of a fantastic cause. This month we are supporting , the dental charity. Dentaid support communities in the UK that struggle to access basic dental care for a variety of reasons. Dentaid’s mobile dental surgeries are manned volunteers offering a vital service to those who really need it, but have no way to access dental care.

This coming week, our implant dentist, David, will be embarking on a gruelling 5 day cycling challenge through the alps to raise awareness of this fantastic charity.
