In February, our practice lost 55 hours and 30 minutes of clinical surgery time due to failed-to-attend appointments!

That’s over a full working week of appointments that could have been used to care for patients in need 🦷💙

If you’re unable to attend your appointment, we require at least 24 hours’ notice so we can offer the slot to another patient 📞

‼️Please be aware that if a patient fails to attend or short-notice cancels more than two appointments, this may result in removal from our practice list and permanent loss of access to NHS dental care

Thank you for helping us reduce wasted clinical time, shorten waiting times, and improve access for everyone 🙏✨
