Use an electric toothbrush - they remove more plaque more easily to leave your teeth cleaner
Use a fluoride toothpaste - to help protect teeth against tooth decay
Chew sugar-free chewing gum after eating - stimulates saliva flow and cleaning the teeth
Drink water in-between meals - keeps the pH neutral and allows teeth to recover in between acid attacks
Try not to snack too often - again, allows the teeth to recover in-between acid attacks
Always brush and floss before bed every night - so teeth and gums are clean overnight when saliva flow drops
Spit and no rinsing - leave some of the fluoride toothpaste to work on the teeth
