Months of small, barely noticeable movements. And then one day you look at the before photo and can't quite believe it's the same mouth😍

A few things worth knowing:

🦷 It's gradual: a series of clear aligners, each one nudging things a tiny bit further.
⏱️ Most cases take somewhere between 6 and 18 months, depending on what's being corrected.
👀 They're removable, so eating and brushing carry on as normal.
🌙 Wearing them around 20–22 hours a day is what makes the difference, the plan only works if the aligners are in.

This isn't only about looks either, straighter teeth are easier to clean, which usually means fewer problems down the line. 💙

NEW PATIENTS !!! Here is what to bring (and what to leave behind) 🪥

After watching our reel, here's something to add:

✅ You can complete your medical history online (takes around 1 min), if necessary bring a list of any medications you take.
✅ Bring: your questions. Even the "is this normal?" ones, especially those.🤩
✅ Allow: about 30–45 minutes so nothing feels rushed😎

❌ Leave behind: the worry about how long it's been. Two years, ten years, we've genuinely heard it all and nobody gets a lecture.
❌ Leave behind: the assumption you'll be talked into treatment. If something needs doing, we explain it, give you the options and the costs, and you decide in your own time. 😍

And if you're nervous, tell us at the start. 💙

First visits are for finding out where you stand. That's all. 😊

"It doesn't hurt anymore, so I'm fine." 🦷🤔

Here's the catch: after a root canal, the nerve is gone, so the tooth can't warn you when something's wrong. No pain DOESN'T mean no problem.

These may sound reasonable, but they aren't:

❌ "A filling is cheaper than a crown." → A filling fills a hole. It doesn't hold the tooth together.
❌ "The temporary is holding up fine." → Temporaries last weeks, not months. They leak.
❌ "I'll just chew on the other side." → That's avoidance, not protection.
❌ "It's a dead tooth, it doesn't need brushing." → The gum and root around it are very much alive.

The good news: a properly restored tooth can last decades. 💙

Save this: the foods that soften your enamel 📋

The ones most people don't expect:
🍋 Citrus: lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit (yes, lemon water counts)
🍅 Tomatoes & tomato sauce: pasta night is more acidic than you'd guess
🥗 Vinegar-based dressings & pickled foods
🍷 W**e: red and white
☕ Coffee
🥤 Soda & diet soda: the "diet" part doesn't make it less acidic
⚡ Sports & energy drinks : some of the most acidic things on this list
🫧 Sparkling water & flavored seltzers
🍓 Berries
🍏 Green apples
🍬 Sour candy & gummy vitamins: they cling and stay on the enamel longer

None of these are off-limits. Your saliva is designed to handle them, it just needs a little time. Enjoy them with a meal instead of sipping all day, rinse with water after, and give it 30–60 min before you brush. That's it. 💙
