Weโ€™re delighted to share Doriโ€™s lovely feedback video after completing her orthodontic treatment.

Dori came to us with a severe deep overbite, which was already causing tooth wear and putting her gum tissue at risk. .usmanqortho took the time to carefully diagnose and analyse Doriโ€™s case, before proposing a treatment approach that other orthodontists had not previously been able to offer.

Her treatment was completed using fixed appliances together with TADs (temporary anchorage devices) to help us achieve the correction needed.

It was a challenging treatment, and Dori did amazingly well throughout. Seeing her happy and confident at the end of her journey makes all the hard work so worthwhile. โค๏ธ

Throwback to last monthโ€™s Straight Wire Course at Queen Mary University of London, where Dr Qureshi led a full day of teaching on the principles and foundations of the Straight Wire appliance.

On 7 July 2026, a tribunal ruling changed how HMRC treats VAT on clear aligners โ€” and it means our fees are rising from 7 September. The entire orthodontic profession is disappointed as we see this as an unnecessary taxation on orthodontic health care and childrenโ€™s dentistry as this ruling may reach beyond aligners and affect both NHS and Private Orthodontic care.
