I had an emergency dental appointment at Imperial Dental Care via NHS111. The consultation, examination and advice was satisfactory. The dentist on duty explained everything well and gave appropriate advice.

Quick checking in at reception, did not have to wait long for the dentist.

My only criticism would be that the waiting area needs chairs that have arms, my father is elderly and he struggled to get off them.
