Full review: My experience with Dr Neha and Jody at NG Smiles has been nothing short of exceptional. I chipped a veneer over the weekend and was seen first thing on Monday morning. To make matters trickier, I had a flight to catch, but they went above and beyond arranging an express veneer in under 24 hours. I really wasn’t expecting it and they made the whole process feel completely effortless and stress-free.

Dr Neha and Jody are so kind, reassuring and calm. Nothing felt like too much trouble despite the very tight turnaround.

I’m thrilled with the new veneer. Having had veneers fitted before, I was amazed by how straightforward the whole process was and the technology used. Previously, I’ve had moulds taken, followed by quite a bit of shaping and adjusting to get the fit right, sometimes over more than one visit. I thought that was just how it was. This time, everything was digitally scanned and the veneer fitted perfectly first time, with no adjustment at all. I couldn’t quite believe it!

I wasn’t even considering having all my veneers replaced before this, but I’m now planning to have a new set done with Dr Neha and am really excited! She also did a filling for me and the whole thing was quick and comfortable, with not so much as a twinge afterwards.

The clinic itself is beautiful and feels luxurious whilst still being really welcoming. Such a great experience from start to finish. I feel very lucky to have found NG Smiles and won’t go anywhere else now!
