Jess qualified from King’s College London Dental Institute after completing a BSc in Biomedical Sciences and has since continued to develop her skills with further training in Primary Dental Care, Invisalign and Facial Aesthetics.

At the heart of Jess’s approach are three values she’s carried with her since school: Care, Courtesy and Consideration.

Whether she’s providing routine dental care, restorative treatment or helping patients explore Invisalign, Jess takes the time to listen, answer questions and make sure her patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their treatment.

Alongside her work at Finsbury Dental Care, Jess is also a clinical tutor at Guy’s Hospital, helping to pass on the same values of ethical, patient-centred dentistry to the next generation.

And away from dentistry? You’ll often find Jess getting creative with fashion or food – she designs and makes clothing and has become particularly well known for her chiffon cakes!

It’s easy to associate a bright, white smile with excellent oral health, but the colour of your teeth only tells you so much.

Teeth naturally come in many different shades, and perfectly healthy teeth aren’t necessarily brilliant white.

At the same time, teeth that look beautifully white can still be affected by problems such as decay or gum disease.

A healthy smile is about much more than shade. It means looking after your teeth AND your gums with good daily oral hygiene and regular dental care.

So, while there’s nothing wrong with wanting a brighter smile, don’t let appearance be your only measure of dental health.
