A loose tooth in an adult is always a dental emergency 🚨

Here’s what to do and what not to do:
✅ Call your dentist immediately
✅ Keep the tooth in place if it’s still in the socket, don’t try to remove it
✅ Avoid touching it with your tongue or fingers
✅ Stick to soft foods and don’t put pressure on it
❌ Don’t wiggle it to test how loose it is
❌ Don’t ignore it and hope it settles
Time matters. The sooner you’re seen, the better the chance of saving the tooth.
