When one of our friends gives us a gift, we’re always touched. When that gift is a handmade quilt stitched with silk dental floss, we’re completely lost for words. 🧵✨

Meet “Hit The Road Plaque” by Richard Kenyon: a patchwork of velvet, moleskin and suede, embroidered with floss and finished with 32 mother of pearl buttons. One for each of the 32 adult teeth we all start out with.

It’s a beautiful reminder of why we do what we do: every one of those teeth is worth looking after. Thank you, Richard. It now has pride of place at the practice, so do come and see it on your next visit.
