All our occlusal splints are fully CAD designed and CAM milled. That means controlled contacts, planned guidance and a fit that behaves exactly as expected chairside. Nothing is hand carved from a puck while hoping for the best. 🖥
Michigan splints:
Upper arch, flat plane, smooth and stable. Ideal for bruxism, clenching, TMD symptoms and protecting new restorations. Digitally designed for even contacts, clean disclusion and patient comfort.
Tanner splints:
Lower arch with guided ramps for more control during lateral and protrusive movement. Perfect when occlusal guidance actually matters and not just in theory.
Every case is checked on a Denar articulator, supplied with accurate 3D printed models and hand polished by our senior team. The result is fewer adjustments, happier patients and a calmer appointment book. 🧐
