As your practice grows and your skill level increases, you may want to start doing more dentistry on less patients.

Moving from simple to comprehensive, full arch dentistry requires a higher level of skill with special techniques and protocols that allow control and precision to be maintained throughout treatment.

Treatment requires more appointments over a longer period of time and managing the journey becomes crucial.

The course will be clinically orientated and focus on *Treatment planning and sequencing to maintain stability and avoid emergencies *Worn dentition *Advanced temporisation *Occlusal morphology & adjustment.

Days are split into approximately 40% seminar and 60% hands-on.
Delegates are encouraged to bring in cases to discuss.
Delegate numbers are limited to 8 ensuring an intimate and constructive learning environment.

IS THERE STILL A PLACE FOR CAST POSTS ?

Mechanical dentisty is unforgiving and failures can be catastrophic. Precision is key and if acheived, eliminates dependancy on invisable and unassessable chemical reactions.

A single solid material with minimal thickness of luting cement = No flexing, no leakage and good force distribution. 

To achieve success :
✅️Ensure an intimate fit and adequate length.
✅️Use a direct pattern resin technique - will give a more intimate fit than an impression
✅️Use a technician experienced in metal work and casting
✅️Request no finishing of the post by the technician
