In case you haven’t noticed, the sun is out and that means it’s picnic season! 🌞

We’re sure that you’ll be enjoying your favourite summertime treats with loved ones, such as cake and ice cream. However, remember it’s best to enjoy them in moderation, as the high sugar content can be harmful to your teeth. Here are some tasty, tooth-friendly alternatives for your next picnic:

🌞 Celery/cucumber and hummus
🌞 Homemade potato salad
🌞 A cheese board
🌞 Low-sugar banana bread
🌞 Natural yoghurt and fruit
