🦷✨ Such a lovely morning spent teaching the children all about the importance of looking after their teeth! 🪥💙
I had so much fun talking to the children about brushing and flossing, showing them different techniques and letting them explore some of the dental instruments and tools I brought along.
It was so lovely to see how engaged and excited they were, especially when learning about how to keep their smiles healthy! 😁🦷
I also brought along some little goody bags with toothbrushes, giraffe floss 🦒, mirrors and timers to encourage them to keep up those healthy brushing habits at home.
And of course, we finished with a story about Stegosaurus Archie 🦖📖 — which was definitely a favourite!
A huge thank you to the nursery for inviting me. It was such a fun, interactive and rewarding morning, and I absolutely loved seeing the children get involved. 💕🦷

I’ve put together a few simple habits to protect your teeth while you enjoy the sunshine:
1️⃣ Hydrate regularly 💧 (Your gums will thank you!)
2️⃣ Snack on watery fruits 🍓 watermelon is my personal favorite!
3️⃣ NO chewing on ice 🧊 Let it melt so we don’t end up with a chipped tooth!
4️⃣ Floss after your BBQs 🍢 Keep those gums clean and happy.
