At the start of this year, I began to feel that my dental implant was starting to fail, so I contacted Fourways to arrange an appointment to have it checked. From that very first appointment, my experience with Fourways has been nothing but professional, friendly and reassuring.

Dr Rohin Butani took the time to talk me through everything in detail. He explained the different options available to me, what each would involve, the potential risks, and what I could realistically expect from each treatment. I never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision, which was really important to me.

After discussing everything, I decided to replace the implant with a bridge. It was quite a long process, but throughout the whole journey I felt completely comfortable and supported. Every stage was explained clearly, and I was always made to feel that the decisions I made were my own and that there was no right or wrong choice. Being fully aware of the risks and benefits of both options also gave me the confidence to make an informed decision.

I’m genuinely extremely happy with the final result. It has made a real difference to me, and I’m so pleased that I chose Fourways to carry out the treatment.
