When you come to Bexleyheath Dental Practice, you’re in the hands of experienced clinicians, caring nurses and some of the friendliest receptionists around.

Our modern clinic combines state-of-the-art technology with the high standard of dental care we’ve been known for in Bexleyheath and beyond for many years.

And it’s the little details we love too.

Have you noticed the pencil cups at reception? They’re shaped like teeth.

Because when you care about dentistry as much as we do, even the stationery gets the dental treatment.

These lovely pink toothbrushes with wooden handles are just 20p each!

Even better, every penny goes to our local food bank.

You can pick one up at reception. Come in, have a look and say hi!

Nervous about going to the dentist? You’re not the only one.

Dr Micha shares a few simple things that can make your appointment feel a little easier, including something as simple as bringing your headphones or earplugs.

And please tell us if you’re nervous. We’d much rather know so we can take our time, explain things properly and make you feel comfortable.

Your dentist isn’t just checking for cavities.
Your teeth quietly record your habits — even the ones you don’t notice.

Here are 3 things we can often tell just by looking:

🦷 Stress
Flattened edges, tiny cracks, jaw tension.
Clenching often happens without you realising.

🦷 Acid reflux
Smooth, thinning enamel — especially at the back of the teeth.
It’s not always about sugar.

🦷 Night grinding
Shortened teeth, chips, and sensitivity.
Most people only discover it at the dentist.
Your mouth tells a bigger story than you think.
