This is a case of failed and broken teeth ULQ. The teeth were extracted. 2 implants were placed immediately combined with and membrane to provide protection to the graft material. A final screw retained was fitted.

A prime area for this procedure. Bone graft including PRF membrane and "stick bone" used to preserve the socket. An immediate resin retained bridge used to replace the extracted tooth.

A case of external cervical . Possible aetiology orthodontic treatment. Full thickness flap raised, area cleaned leaving large cavity but no exposure. was used to restore the lesion. Pt warned about possible need for should he develop symptoms and to expect some gum recession. Long term monitoring will be needed 😊
