Why your hip pain is not going away (no matter what you try)

You stretch it.
You strengthen it.
You rest it.

It improves… then comes back again.

That’s the pattern we see all the time.

The issue is usually not just your hip.

Your hip sits in the middle of everything.
So when something else isn’t working properly, it starts taking the load.

This could be:
• tight hip flexors that never stay loose
• weak glutes not doing their job
• lower back or pelvis not moving well
• even the way you walk or train

So you keep treating the hip…
but the real cause is somewhere else.

Once we identify what’s actually driving it, things start to change properly.

If your hip pain keeps coming back and you want a proper answer…
