This patient has been incredibly lucky. He had broken his front teeth and left them untreated for 1 year 😮 He had no pain, which made him think it's all fine.

He finally decided to do something about it, and since he was at it, he also decided to make his smile look better. The first step was to get his two front teeth root treated. That means that the affected nerve were removed and replaced with a rubbery material, and then he got some temporary crowns.

Dr. Rai then applied a fixed brace on (ceramic on the top, and metal on the bottom) to move all his teeth into a better position.

Once the teeth were aligned, the temp crowns were removed and permanent ones were made for a lovely final result. ⭐

Wrinkle relaxing treatment is a simple treatment which can dramatically soften facial expression lines, frown lines and crow's feet without surgery, scars and recovery time. It can be used to soften lines and wrinkles around the forehead, eyes, lips, chin and neck.⁣
⁣
The treatment relaxes, or puts the muscle into "hibernation" for around 3 - 4 months leaving the overlying skin looking smooth and less wrinkled. After that period, you should come back to the surgery for top-up. In time, you will need less regular top-up sessions.⁣

If we got a penny for each time we heard the statement "Oh I'm pretty sure the hygienist took off a part of my tooth at the last hygiene session", we would be able to afford Lamborghinis for our staff. ⁣
⁣
Enamel is the hardest substance in our whole body. The scale part of the hygiene session does not have the power to damage healthy enamel, so if anything comes off during the session is because either:⁣
⁣
1️⃣ It was a failing restoration (filling, crown, etc)⁣
2️⃣ It was tartar build-up (which is meant to come off)⁣
⁣
So all in all, hygiene sessions are NOT damaging, only good can come from it, so make sure you book your appointments twice a year 👍⁣

⁣
⁣
If you are a anxious patient, rest assured that your nervousness will not be overlooked. We can provide oral anxiety reducing drugs, or you can watch television or bring along an iPod and listen to music, but most importantly, everything will be done at your own pace. ⁣
