4 years between these two photos.

The first was taken at the building site of my very first clinic — probably the lowest point of the journey.
Over budget. Delayed build. Everything that could go wrong seemed to go wrong.
Working 7 days a week just to keep things moving and cover the bills, while delaying patient appointments and wondering if it would all come together.

I took that photo as a reminder of where it started.

The second photo is today — standing in our second clinic in Amersham, surrounded by a growing team and something we’ve built together over the last 4 years.

The journey is still continuing.
There are still tough days. There always will be.
But it’s worth it if you have the courage to keep growing, keep learning, and keep moving forwards.

Nothing changes overnight — but a lot can change when you refuse to stop.
