This time of year can feel busy, but it is also a good opportunity to slow down and think about how you want to feel going into the new year.

Whether it is a skincare refresh, a treatment you have been meaning to book, or simply giving yourself permission to prioritise your confidence, I am here to help you create a plan that fits your life.

Start the year feeling clear, calm and comfortable in your skin.

To every patient who placed their trust in me this year, thank you.

From facial aesthetics to full smile transformations, it has been a privilege to be part of so many meaningful journeys.

For me, it is always the connection, not just the result, that makes this work so rewarding.

I am truly grateful for the year we have had and looking forward to what 2026 will bring.

However you’re spending this season, whether it’s with family, friends or simply taking some time to rest, I hope it brings you moments of joy and reflection.

As the year comes to a close, I like to take a moment to pause and focus on what truly matters.

I’m so grateful for the people who make this work meaningful, and for the trust you place in me every day.

Thank you, and wishing you peace, good health and warmth this festive season.

You don’t always need a full smile makeover to see a real difference.

A mini smile refresh might include whitening, bonding, gentle reshaping or subtle alignment, all tailored to what matters most to you.

These treatments are comfortable, efficient and designed around your individual features.

If you’ve been putting off your ideal smile, this could be the perfect place to start.

Your lips have thinner skin and fewer oil glands, which means they’re often the first area to feel dry and tight in winter.

Cold wind, indoor heating and dry air can lead to flaking, cracking or even a loss of natural volume.

Staying hydrated and using a good SPF balm can help, but for some people, subtle lip filler is a way to restore hydration and shape without creating an obvious change.

Your lips deserve care and support throughout the colder months too.

The most effective results often come from subtle, carefully placed treatments.
My approach is always to soften, balance and refresh, while preserving what makes you uniquely you.

This might involve easing signs of tiredness around the eyes, lifting heaviness in the lower face, or restoring soft volume where it is needed most.

You will not look different. You will simply look rested, confident, and more like yourself.

If your skin feels tight, reactive or more sensitive in colder weather, it may be time to switch to products that support your barrier.

Two I often recommend in clinic are:

Obagi Hydrate or Rebalance moisturiser
SkinCeuticals Triple Lipid 2:4:2 for deeper nourishment

Both help the skin feel calm, supple and protected, especially after treatments or during periods of dryness.

Choosing the right support at the right time can make all the difference to how your skin feels through winter.

The DAO (Depressor Anguli Oris) is a small muscle with a big emotional impact.

This is one of my favourite tweaks for facial harmony. It’s often combined with lip, chin, or cheek treatments for a beautiful full-face effect.

The festive season brings sparkle and celebration, but it also comes with sugar, wine and late nights, all of which can affect your smile more than you might realise.

Here are a few simple tips to help protect your teeth:

- Rinse with water after sweets or acidic drinks
- Don’t skip brushing before bed, no matter how late it gets
- Book a gentle clean in the new year to give your smile a fresh start

Enjoy the season, and let your smile shine through every moment.

What’s in my bag this season? A few small essentials that help me feel fresh, comfortable and party-ready wherever I am:

Travel floss picks or TePe sticks
Great after festive treats or long days out

Mini toothbrush and paste
Especially handy if you’re in aligners or just want a refresh between events

Hydrating lip balm with SPF
Cold air and indoor heating can be tough on lips — especially after filler

Barrier cream or hand moisturiser
A winter essential, especially if your skin runs dry

Sugar-free mints or mouth spray
Helps with dry mouth and keeps your smile fresh through the evening

Arnica cream (if recently treated)
Can help with any post-treatment tenderness or bruising

It doesn’t take much to feel more put together on the go.

A few thoughtful extras can go a long way, especially during the busy season.
