In full arch work, “it fits” isn’t enough.

A bridge can look seated on an X-ray and still be carrying stress. That stress eventually shows up somewhere… broken screws, fractures, complications, unhappy patients.

That’s why at Biterite we obsess over passivity.
Not just making something fit once… but making it fit passively, predictably, and repeatedly.

The difference is in the workflow.
Photogrammetry, accurate data capture, controlled design protocols, and systems built to reduce tolerance stacking before the bridge even reaches the mouth.

Passivity isn’t a preference in full arch work… it’s the foundation everything else relies on.

A bridge can look seated on an X-ray and still be carrying stress. The problem is that stress has to go somewhere — and over time that’s when you start seeing:

• Screw loosening or fractures
• Implant head complications
• Framework fractures
• Ceramic chipping
• Biomechanical overload
• Long-term restorative failure

In a full arch case, even tiny discrepancies across multiple implants create tension within the framework. The restoration may fit visually, but it isn’t truly passive.

That’s why photogrammetry has changed full arch workflows completely.

Unlike conventional scanning workflows that rely on stitched image data over long spans, photogrammetry captures the exact spatial position of the implants with far greater accuracy and predictability. In this reel I break down:
