Dr Thang Nghiem, the Principal Dentist and co-founder of UltraSmile*, is one of the UK’s leading dentists. Trained by some of the world’s most renowned Cosmetic and Restorative dentists from the USA, Europe and South America, he is one of only a small number of British dentists to have achieved the highest Masters Level in Cosmetic Dentistry with the world famous Aesthetic Advantage Group in New York under Dr Larry Rosenthal, dentist to the Hollywood stars. He is a member of both the British and American Academies of Cosmetic Dentistry, the Tatum Institute for Implantology and, more recently, was made a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and a Fellow of the Misch International Implant Institute in the USA. Thang is also one of the very first dentists in the UK to have successfully completed the Functional Occlusion Programme at the Dawson Centre for the Advancement of Dentistry in Florida. The knowledge he has acquired is applied to everything he does and ensures that his work is not only beautiful but also functionally stable, a crucial factor in the durability and comfort of any dental restoration. Khoi Nghiem has worked all over the world as a management consultant and has advised mega corporations such as Shell and Exxon Mobile for more than a decade. He used this knowledge, passion and a keen eye for design to create UltraSmile* - voted UK’s Most Attractive Practice in the first year of opening. Khoi enjoys running the business and the challenges of making it one of the leading Dental Practices of the World. He is involved in just about every aspect of UltraSmile*. He brings his vast experience to help create a truly professional clinic (voted UK’s Private Practice of the Year) based on a world class customer service (voted UK’s Best Patient Care) and dentistry of the very highest quality. In 2006 Khoi was a finalist at the Dentistry Award for Best Team Member. In his spare time, Khoi and his wife Judy, help other dentists realise their dreams of transforming their existing practice into stunning, award winning centres of dental excellence. Khoi also enjoy spending time with his family and his stunning but stubborn Chow Chow dog, Tsuki.
