I wanted to share something that's been so impactful in our practices...

Quarterly team meetings. The whole practice shut down, and everyone in one room. Sharing knowledge, sharing vision and talking about what's gone well and maybe not so well.

This always gives us so much drive, energy and positive connection again.
I wanted to share something so impactful in our practices...
Before doing this so regularly, we waited too long between team meetings, things got lost, and we, as leaders, weren't sharing our vision enough.

When you have a bigger team, meetings like this are essential.

🤯A busy mind creates problems in business.

After more than 25 years in dentistry and practice ownership, I have learned that many challenges do not come from a lack of skill or effort. They come from too much noise in the mind.

When your head is full, decisions become harder. Communication becomes less clear. Small issues feel bigger than they are. Over time, this affects leadership, judgement, and the direction of the practice.
