🔴 COVID19 update 🔴
All our girls have been working extremely hard over the last week to try and get our practice up and running! We have made the decision as a team that we will be preparing to open for only URGENT dental treatment on Monday 15th June. This is to make sure we have absolutely everything in place for the safety of our patients and staff.
We want to make you all very aware that it will NOT be business as usual and there are going to be a lot of different measures in place.
🦷 The front door will be locked at all times and if you have an appointment one of our members of staff will meet you and let you in. You will need to wait in your car or outside until you are contacted to enter the practice. 🦷
🦷 Temperatures will be taken when entering the practice. If your temperature is above 37.5 then we will not be able to see you. You cannot enter the practice until you use the hand gel provided 🦷
🦷 There will be two nurses, one to greet you and es**rt you in and out of the practice and the other nurse inside the surgery ready to assist the dentist 🦷
🦷 Unfortunately there will be no on site toilet facilities for you to use 🦷
🦷 Please try and attend the practice alone unless you are a parent, guardian and carer 🦷
🦷 The day before your appointment one of our friendly reception team will give you a call to go through all our new procedures when entering the practice. They will also ask you health questions and we may request you pay prior to your appointment 🦷
🦷 All our staff will be wearing some form of PPE. Please don’t be alarmed, we are still the same friendly faces behind the masks 🦷
We understand this is a very scary time for everyone and we are trying our very best to make it as easy as we can for all. Please be patient and kind to all our staff as it is all very new to us too and with dentistry being one of the highest risks of COVID 19 we need to make sure everyone is completely safe.
We look forward to seeing you all again 😊❤️
