This was a special one for us and a treatment plan that took almost 2 years to complete. Patricia was let down by a series of failed and incomplete treatment at various dental clinics and hospitals spanning decades.

She had lost trust in the process but was recommended to us by a friend, who knew we would take good care of her.

Our patient came to us with 5 upper porcelain veneers that had been placed around 10 years ago. Although they had served her well, she was no longer happy with their shape, proportions and overall appearance and wanted a smile that felt softer, more natural and better balanced.

But this case wasn’t just about replacing veneers.

We took a comprehensive approach, looking at the smile, tooth proportions and bite as a whole before planning the final restorations.

Treatment included:

✅ Lower Invisalign to improve the bite and optimise the position of the lower teeth
✅ Replacement of the 5 existing upper porcelain veneers, carefully redesigning their shape and proportions
✅ 1 additional non-preparation porcelain veneer to improve smile balance and symmetry - without removing healthy tooth structure from that tooth
✅ Careful planning of the final restorations to create a more natural and harmonious result

The result? ✨

A smile that feels softer, more balanced and more natural, while also improving the way the upper and lower teeth work together.

Sometimes, the smallest changes make the biggest difference.

Following Invisalign treatment, we used minimal composite edge bonding to refine the final result - restoring the natural shape and proportions of the teeth while keeping the treatment as conservative as possible.

After straightening teeth, small areas of unevenness, wear or chipped edges can become more noticeable. Rather than covering the whole tooth, composite can be added only where it is needed.

Just a few millimetres of carefully placed composite can completely transform the finished smile 👇
