This patient came to us wanting to improve the overall health, function and aesthetics of her smile, including replacing missing teeth.

So we devised a plan to bring back full health, function and aesthetics comprising of:

✅ Gum health stabilisation with our hygienist & therapist
✅ Pre-orthodontic fillings and crowns/onlays with our restorative dentists to get the teeth stable
✅ Orthodontics using to correct the bite and reorganise the occlusion
✅ Teeth whitening
✅ Dental Implants to replace missing teeth
✅ Post orthodontic restorative treatment including Porcelain Veneers and Crowns

Orthodontic relapse is very common. Many patients have had braces in the past, but over time teeth can move again - often due to retainers not being worn.

In this case we used Invisalign to realign the teeth and correct the bite, restoring stability and function once again.

One of the most important parts of orthodontic treatment is retention. Fixed and removable retainers are always provided at Hampstead Dental Studio to maintain the result and prevent the teeth from drifting again.

Retainers are a lifelong commitment - without them, there is always a risk of relapse and needing to repeat treatment in the future.
