For the first time in over six years, we’re looking for a Dental Associate to join us at The Bush Dental Clinic in West London.
We’re a family-run practice that has been caring for our community for over 35 years, with a strong and loyal patient base built during that time.
We do zero paid marketing. Our practice has grown almost entirely through goodwill, word of mouth and recommendations from our existing patients — something we’re incredibly proud of.
Following our recent refurbishment, we’re now a modern 9-surgery practice and, it’s fair to say, we love our tech! You’ll have access to some of the latest equipment, materials and techniques, including Primescanners, iTero, CBCT and soft-tissue lasers, to name a few.
Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for an ambitious dentist who is keen to learn, grow and take their dentistry to the next level.
You don’t need to be able to do everything from day one. What matters to us is having the right attitude — motivated, enthusiastic and eager to develop.
You’ll work alongside a team of experienced dentists with a wide range of clinical interests. We provide virtually every aspect of dentistry in-house and work with a multidisciplinary approach, giving you plenty of opportunities to discuss cases, learn and develop your skills.
Most importantly, you won’t be left on your own. Whether you have a difficult case, something doesn’t go to plan or you simply want another opinion, there will always be someone there to support and guide you.
You’ll also be joining with a solid existing patient list, rather than having to build a book from scratch.
The position is 2–3 days per week, with flexibility on days and the scope to become full-time in the future.
