A year ago today, I stepped into a world I never imagined I’d be part of. Since then, the friendships, opportunities and lessons have been unreal. Being on The Apprentice pushed me in ways I couldn’t have prepared for and I’m genuinely grateful for it all — the ups and downs, the people I met and everything that’s come from it.

Being the only South Asian male in my season to now seeing so many South Asians in this year’s line-up is amazing. Representation matters, so it’s so good to see 🙌🏾

To the new S20 candidates: enjoy every moment, take it all in, don’t take it too seriously and be kind to yourselves.
And to everyone who’s supported me along the way an stuck with me — thank you. So much growth in the last year and I can’t wait to share what’s coming next ❤️

Last night, I returned to my old school reunion dinner as the guest speaker. The speakers seat has been held by so many remarkable names before me, from CEOs to athletes and actors, so for it to be my turn this year felt truly surreal.

If you had told the teenage boy who once walked these same halls that he would one day return in this capacity, I wouldn’t have believed it. What made the night even more meaningful was sharing it with my brothers and my father. A reminder that this was never just my moment; it was a reflection of family, sacrifice, and time. Grateful to share times like these with them by my side.

This school gave me and my brothers an education and opportunities I will always be grateful for, so to return years later to pay tribute and share my journey was truly special. Thank you to the Old Fullerians Association for having me and to everyone for their ongoing support. 🙏🏾❤️

What a way to start the year. An unreal weekend at Baller League. Huge thanks to my brother , been wanting to see this for time so was special, especially seeing his four goals and a celebration that served as a reminder that true class never fades! 😮‍💨

Win or lose, still loved watching my brothers step up and perform so well! Already looking ahead to the next season, especially with set to take part.

In honour of South Asian Heritage Month, I had the privilege of sharing my story with for not just about my career, but about the power of persistence through life’s ups and downs.

We spoke about what it really takes to keep going when things don’t go your way, how I would guide my younger self if I could go back and the lessons I’ve learned along the way. It felt like writing a letter to my teenage self! A reminder that the struggles, doubts, and setbacks are all part of shaping the person you become.

If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s this: we all face setbacks. We all get knocked down. What makes the difference is choosing to try again and each time a little stronger 💪🏽

So if you’re going through challenges right now, I hope this helps! Don’t ever lose hope. Your setbacks don’t define you, your comebacks do. Keep moving forward, one step at a time.

I started DENSTUDIO with nothing but a vision and the determination to make it happen. No handouts, no safety net - just hard work, discipline and hustle. 8 months in, the journey has been full of challenges, but every lesson has made me stronger. The badge is the national flower of Tamil Eelam. It’s a powerful symbol of resilience, sacrifice, and pride, often representing the unyielding spirit of the Tamil people.

They did ask me a few times to remove it before we filmed the episode. I told them I wouldn’t go on without it. ❤️💛
