Chapter 19 💙
Over the last few days I’ve made one of the biggest decisions of my life. I’ve learnt a lot about loyalty and how the people that you surround yourself with can impact how you are as a person.
There have been more downs than ups recently. People’s words don’t always match their actions but that’s a life lesson. What has always matched is the love I receive on here and in real life from my patients. Everyday I love my job more and more because of the energy and love I get from my patients everyday. The likes and the follows match the energy in real life so thank you for being such a consistent part of my life. Every decision I make is to give you what you deserve - the best. I can’t wait to share with you what Teeth by Teki has for you next 💙
To my friends and family that have been there for me I’m looking forward to seeing you more and being able to support you more 💙
I’m obviously not 19 and it’s not my birthday but it’s my lucky number and this next chapter of my life I am ready for 💙
For anyone else going through a tough time in life these are a few things that have stuck with me. Health is wealth. Wealth is being about able able to do more of what you love. Don’t be afraid to trust your gut instinct because the people that love you will always be with you and it will help you lose the ones that don’t

It’s been 2 years since Teeth by Teki has been open 💙
Dreams do come true I can tell you that. It’s been a journey and the best part of it all has been being able to share this journey with my favourite people. To every one of my patients that has supported me and now my team along the way - thank you. Without you Teeth by Teki wouldn’t exist and I will always be grateful for you 💙

Too many things that are acidic in your diet can cause the enamel to become thin, then see through, then chip 😢
You can’t leave the teeth like this or they will get worse. Now they are protected and look better too 😇

Lots of bonding cases now involve teeth that have been
1) filled in the past
2) had braces taken off and scuffed
3) chipped accidentally
4) worn down from brushing too hard
5) worn down from too many acidic food and drinks
Composite bonding is ideal for teeth that need repairing and bringing back to life
These are two cases from the past week that I done. Loved doing both and couldn’t pick my favourite so maybe you can ☺️
Books are now open again and the wait time depends on what treatment you are having done
