We had working with us placing dental implants last week. For what can be quite a daunting procedure I was so glad to hear patients coming out of surgery saying they couldn’t feel a thing and how at ease they felt.

Dr Riz Syed is one of the few implantologists in the uk that can place zygomatic implants. What this means for you is that if you have been told that you don’t have enough jaw bone to get dental implants there may be a solution for you.

We love being able to provide this life changing treatment for our patients as they often tell us how freeing it is to be able to smile without hiding their teeth, worrying about what they can eat when they go out for dinner and how amazing it feels to throw away their dentures

So often we hear from patients that they stopped flossing or using interdental brushes because their gums bled- this usually means that you aren't doing it often enough!
