RoboReception has meant that whilst working remotely with the virtual receptionists, we've managed to fill 2 days in the diary after Easter Monday which I'd never have been able to do during the long weekend when the practice is closed.

Patients love the fact that this can all be done via email and WhatsApp and Dentally mail.

As a busy private practice we've always strived to answer every call or online enquiry promptly. RoboReception will allow us to deliver a better customer service and within TWO hours of going live yesterday, the remote TCO's took messages and answered queries whilst our Front of House was speaking with patients on the reception desk.

We are loving the collab with Grant and RoboReception and are now using them for their chatbot and CRM too!

Tooth whitening is a safe and effective way to immediately enhance the look of a smile.
The process involves oxidising the stains that have become intrinsic to the dental enamel. Using an electric toothbrush and having regular hygiene appointments will always help to prolong the effects of whitening, but it will typically require a top-up treatment every 12 months, which costs less than 1p a day.

We have always loved being serious Invisalign providers, but nothing is more important than protecting that result that was carefully achieved over a number of months.

Our patient moved out of area and lost her retainers, and we were able to use the digital scan of her teeth to 3D print a replacement set and post them out to her in less than a few days.
