Happy - A great tip for maintaining healthy teeth and gums is to not rinse your mouth with water immediately after toothbrushing. This can wash away or dilute the concentrated fluoride in the remaining toothpaste, reducing its effects.

Instead after brushing just spit out excess toothpaste and your teeth will reap the rewards of fluoride toothpaste.
