A very challenging situation .

Chronic perio , failing dentition, failing restorations, skelectal class 3 relation , highly anxious and to top it all up also an Ex smoker..

Plan was to give patient a realistic outcome keeping her expectations in mind .

I decided it will be in her best interest to provide her with a solution that will make it easier to keep the implants and prosthesis clean. This is where the FTB fast track bar concept was used . Implants used ROOTT Implants UK .

37 years this patient has been without posterior teeth also Very anxious and shaking like a leaf due to previous experiences going back to her childhood.

Such a joy to make a difference in her life .
Here I used due to atrophic situation of the posterior maxilla . Outcome is more than satisfactory.

Although this solution for resorbed and thin bony ridges has been around for a long time ,sadly it doesn't get much of a market share in the mainstream full arch rehabs.

There are many factors to consider ,however a detailed planning and ex*****on of the same is essential.
This solution gives added advantages of being easily cleansible and straight forward to maintain by the elderly clientele along with it being perfectly stable and extremely retentive and not to forget the cost effectiveness for the patient .

Ill fitting dentures are a thing of the past if patients are educated properly and know the options that suit them best.

On this case I've 4 Roott M Implants ROOTT Implants UK , these are monobody tissue level implants with multiunit interface for screw retained restorations .A perfect match for thin and atrophic ridges.
