“I hate my teeth.”

We hear this more than you’d think. And our answer is always the same…let’s slow down, look at all the options, and start with the least invasive route first.

This patient had already been through orthodontic treatment and whitening, but he still wasn’t happy. So he came to Dr Jihad Kader to talk through what else could be done.

They decided on minimal preparation porcelain veneers. Only the necessary amount of tooth structure removed…nothing more.

The result completely transformed his smile into one he genuinely can’t hide anymore. And that’s EXACTLY what good cosmetic dentistry should do 👏👏

This patient came to Paula Reed with some chipped front teeth that had been bothering him. A bit of minor relapse since his orthodontic treatment hadn’t helped either.

The solution? Composite bonding on the upper four front teeth to repair the chips, tidy up the edges, and restore everything back to how it should look.

FYI: a missing tooth is never just a missing tooth 👀

When a tooth is lost, the bone underneath starts to resorb and the gum tissue thins out. Left untreated, the surrounding teeth can even start to shift. It’s a chain reaction that most people don’t realise is happening.

That’s why when this patient came to Dr Jihad Kader to replace her missing central incisor, the implant was only one part of the plan. ☝️

First, the bone and gum tissue had to be rebuilt to create a solid, long-lasting foundation.

Look at the photos and compare the gum thickness. That difference is the result of careful bone and gum grafting BEFORE the implant crown was even placed. Without it, the long-term outcome would be very different.

The final crown is natural, seamless, and built to last 💪

Shade D3 to B1 in just two weeks 🙌

This patient came to unhappy with the yellow shade of his teeth. After getting his fillings sorted first to make sure everything was healthy underneath, Khalid set him up with two weeks of Evo Enlighten at-home whitening.

He started at a D3 shade, which is one of the darker ends of the scale, and finished at B1 😍😍

A massive jump in just two weeks, and he was absolutely elated with the result.

This patient wanted to get her smile sorted before her sister’s wedding…and she came to the right place.

Fresh out of orthodontic treatment, her teeth were straight but she had some chipped edges on her upper front teeth and wasn’t happy with the shade.

So the plan with Paula Reed was simple: whitening first to get the colour exactly where she wanted it, then composite bonding on the upper four teeth to repair the chips and perfect the shape.

This patient came to Paula Reed recently for a little composite bonding refresh. She particularly wanted to update the shape of some old composite bonding she’d had with us in 2019.

Paula removed the old composite and replaced everything with fresh edge bonding in a brighter shade, giving her a cleaner, more polished result than before.

Sometimes a refresh is all you need to fall back in love with your smile. 😍
