Teeth whitening is done with hydrogen peroxide, which clarifies the dentin and certain stains in the enamel, in addition, a focus power light source is used to improve and accelerate the effect of this gel on the teeth. This treatment is quite effective and safe, but it does cause small damage to the dentin and enamel, which is why if the patient is going to want another teeth whitening, it is recommended that they wait at least 6 months for the correct regeneration of the dental structures mentioned above. The damages caused by repeated teeth whitening are insignificant if the recommended time is expected and if the patient maintains adequate oral hygiene since this would allow optimal regeneration of the dentin and strengthening of the enamel.
