Dear valued patients,
We hope you and your loved ones have kept safe and well during these difficult times.
As of recently our guidelines have changed again, allowing us to resume more routine treatments.
With this though comes further protocols we have to follow to ensure a safe working environment for our team and for our patients that attend.
On arrival to our practice from Tuesday 18th January our patients will expect the following;
1. Telephone on arrival – please arrive on time and not early as we have limited waiting room space. Due to limited space, you may need to wait outside on occasions
2. Anyone over 12 years old to wear a face covering, unless valid exemption.
3. Updated patient screening questions will be asked, they are as follows;
a. In the last 10days have you or anyone in your household – had any Covid 19 symptoms – new cough, temperature or loss of taste or smell?
b. Have you or anyone in the household tested positive with Covid-19 or awaiting a PCR result in the last 10 days?
c. Have you been identified by the PHA Contact tracing service as someone who should be currently self-isolating?
d. Do you have any new or worsening respiratory symptoms not already mentioned which suggest you may have a respiratory virus – such as a runny nose, sore throat, difficult breathing, shortness of breath, congestion, sneezing etc?
4. Your temperature will be taken on arrival.
