As reported in the news this week there are huge hurdles in the way of securing a sustainable supply of level 2 PPE for Aerosol Generating Procedures and to ensure the financial viability of NHS dentistry.

The profession are requesting that the Department of Health gives us support so we can continue to provide NHS dentistry.

Everyone, this is some simple everyday advice that should be added to everyone’s daily routine. Please share with your family, parents, older loved ones to keep them healthier in these worrying times. This is my aunt Jenny, who has been at the leading edge of physio in Northern Ireland for around 50years ( sorry Jenny for giving away your age) so she knows a thing or two. UPDATE ON COVID 19

At Lisburn Dental Clinic the safety of both our patients and staff is very important to us.

If you have a Cough or high temperature please do not attend. Call us and we can rearrange you appointment

We are implementing the following measures during this time to minimise the risks and will continue to follow the advice from the Health and Social Care Board.

Use our alcohol gel upon arriving and leaving the clinic
We will be accepting card only for payments
We will be scheduling appointments to minimise congregating of patients.
When you arrive at the clinic we will be asking everyone if they have a temperature or new persistent cough, to rearrange their appointment.
We ask all patients to attend on their own unless they require a guardian/carer

We adhere to a strict cross infection policy within the clinic at all times and will follow all up to guidance on Covid 19 as it is issued.
