Accidents happen, and when they involve a front tooth, we know how stressful that can be. 😰 Our patient came in for an emergency appointment after a previous root-canal-treated tooth finally gave way, leaving very little tooth structure behind.

The Challenge

Upon examination by our dentist Eleftheria, it was clear that the remaining natural tooth was minimal. We had a deep dive into all the long-term options, including dental implants, to ensure the patient could make an informed decision for his future smile.

The Solution

While the long-term plan is to transition to an implant, our patient wanted a functional, aesthetic solution for the "here and now." Here is how we stabilized his smile:

Clean Slate: We meticulously removed all secondary caries (decay).

Solid Foundation: We performed a high-strength core build-up to provide the necessary support.

The Finisher: A custom-shaded Zirconia Crown was fitted for maximum durability and a natural look.

From "Hiding the Smile" to Total Confidence! ✨

We are obsessed with this transformation! Our 14-year-old patient just wrapped up their orthodontic journey, and the results are absolutely stunning.

After struggling to secure an NHS orthodontic place due to the incredibly long waiting lists, they came to us to get their treatment started without the delay. We believe everyone deserves a smile they’re proud of, right when they need it most!

By using ceramic (clear) braces, we were able to straighten things out discreetly, making the process much easier for a busy teen lifestyle.

The Deets:

🗓️ Duration: Just over 12 months (efficiency for the win!).

🚫 Approach: Non-extraction treatment—we kept all those natural teeth and simply created a beautiful, healthy arch.

🔒 The Finish: To keep this smile perfect forever, we provided both a fixed retainer (the "permanent" wire behind the teeth) and Essix retainers (clear removable ones) for double the security.

​Our patient came to our principal dentist Smitha Mathew , looking to upgrade a previous composite bonding treatment done elsewhere several years ago. She wanted a brighter, more cohesive look, but we had a significant challenge: extremely dark natural enamel under her upper central incisors.

​When the foundation is dark, you can’t just "cover it up"—you have to strategize. 🧠

​🛠 The Game Plan:

​Phase 1: Deep Bleaching. We used Enlighten Teeth Whitening to lift the base shade of her natural teeth as much as possible. This is the gold standard for tackling stubborn, dark internal staining.
