Take your time and clean every surface. Rushing means plaque gets left behind.

🦷 Clean between your teeth at least once a day
Your toothbrush only cleans around 60% of the tooth surface. Interdental brushes remove plaque and food from the areas your toothbrush simply can’t reach.

👅 Brush or scrape your tongue
Your tongue is home to millions of bacteria. Cleaning it helps reduce bad breath, lowers the number of bacteria in your mouth and leaves your mouth feeling noticeably fresher.

This photo was taken at Laura’s wedding.

Standing beside her is Emma.

Both have been part of our practice family for years and, over the last 5 years, both have completed smile transformations with clear aligners, whitening, and composite bonding.

What makes this photo special isn’t just how beautiful they both look.

This close-up shows why we rarely jump straight to bonding.

First, we aligned the teeth to create better positioning and symmetry.

Then we whitened to create a brighter, more uniform foundation.

Only then did we carefully bond 8 teeth to refine shape, proportions, and balance.

The result?

When patients say things like that, it means more than any before-and-after photo ever could.

Over the course of a year, we transformed this smile using:

When you look at a result like this, it’s easy to focus on the final smile.

But the real magic is in the process.

Only then did we use composite bonding across 8 teeth to refine shape, proportions, and symmetry.
