Spires Dental Clinic Spires Dental Clinic This may be in how our practice is presented, how we interact with you, and how we carry out our dental treatment.

We are always striving for excellence, not perfection as I am sorry to say that dentistry cannot offer that yet, but the pursuit of doing things to the best of our ability. Our pursuit of excellence might be the way in which we try to ensure you don't feel a thing during treatment (yes it is possible) or that we get that front tooth looking perfect because it just.... isn't ....right.....

But excellence in dentistry might be in educating people to try and avoid any dental treatment at all..... that sounds good doesn't it? Ultimately though we only feel this is possible as a private practice so I am afraid we cannot offer NHS treatment. This is a great shame to us as we want everyone to benefit from the very best dental care. So if you have any queries, want to know anything about dentistry, then please get in touch. We just love talking teeth....

Old crowns can look opaque and lifeless, with those tell-tale grey necks around the gum line. 🦷
Modern crowns are ceramic, with more character, shape and detail, so they emerge from the gum looking much more like natural teeth. ✨
Look after them, and we’d expect these new crowns to keep looking great for many years to come. 🤍

Let’s face it, worn teeth are not a youthful look 😬, but building up lower incisors can be really tricky.

Some composite bonding ✨, with minimal adjustment to the teeth, is all that is required to get them looking neater.

Try before you buy 👀✨

Joe wanted to avoid braces, so we mocked up his new smile to see what composite bonding could look like.

He loved it — and that made the decision easy! 😍
