⏱️ The 30-Minute Rule: Why you shouldn’t brush straight after eating!

It seems natural to brush your teeth right after a meal, but if you’ve just enjoyed something acidic, you could actually be doing more harm than good! 🍋🍅

🔬 What happens to your teeth?
When you eat or drink acidic items—like citrus fruits, tomatoes, berries, salad dressings, or even your morning orange juice and coffee—your tooth enamel temporarily softens.

If you brush your teeth immediately while the enamel is in this weakened state, the abrasive action of your toothbrush can actually scratch and wear away that protective outer layer. Over time, this leads to enamel erosion, sensitivity, and staining.
