Let's clear up some whitening myths - because there's a LOT of nonsense out there 🔎

"Whitening toothpaste will whiten my teeth." Not really. Whitening toothpastes can lift surface stains, but they can't change the actual shade of your teeth. Only dentist-prescribed whitening gel can do that.

"Whitening ruins your enamel." False - when it's professionally supervised. Clinically proven systems like Philips Zoom are designed to be safe and gentle when used correctly with custom trays.

"The stuff on TikTok works just as well." Please don't. Lemon juice, bicarb and charcoal can permanently damage enamel. Cheaper isn't cheaper if it costs you your teeth.
