This lady came to see us all the way from Sheffield! She was missing nearly half of the teeth in her top jaw and wanted a natural solution to give her back a smile.

Three dental implants were used to support a bridge which has given back this lady her smile and confidence 😁✨

A badly decayed set of teeth meant this young patient needed all of his teeth removed. Not wanting dentures at such a young age, we replaced them with upper and lower fixed bridges supported with dental implants. 👍🏼✨

𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐬𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐞 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 - 𝐚 𝐣𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐭 𝐜𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐛𝐲 𝐃𝐫 𝐀𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐫 𝐑𝐚𝐤𝐡𝐞𝐞 🦷✨

This lovely lady’s main concerns were the UR23 teeth - these are naturally missing as they never developed when the patient was younger! These teeth were previously replaced with an old style sticky bridge however the patient wanted to improve the appearance of this. The other concern was ‘peg lateral’ tooth on the top left side which is basically a conical shaped second incisor which has been masked previously using composite bonding. The patient knew she wanted a really natural look.

For this patient Dr Anish replaced the bridge on the top right hand side (UR2 and UR3) for a minimally invasive bridge made from a beautiful type of porcelain to mimic our enamel.

Initially this is all the patient had wanted however she decided to take her smile a step further to improve the edges and dimensions of the teeth - Dr Rakhee then used freehand composite bonding on the central teeth and the UL2 (‘peg lateral’) to give this patient a more even and uniform (but still very natural) smile! 😁✨
