Connective tissue graft is an essential part of implant placement in the aesthetic zone.. Harvesting CT graft from the palate doesn’t have to be painful , this can be achieved by leaving the periosteum at the donor site and using Mucoderm to cover the donor defect.

The journey from an atrophic ridge to natural looking emergence profile & harmonious peri-implant mucosa involves multiple stations but starts by :
☘️Proper diagnosis of the bony defect to reach a decision whether to consider simultaneous or staged bone grafting approach. This can be followed by reverse treatment planning , correct 3D placement, surgical sift tissue augmentation and prosthetic soft tissue sculpture. And above all: Team work . This is a case for a young lady whom my associate and I have treated and we were both very happy to see her smiling again with confidence.
