For years, our patient lived with missing teeth, feeling embarrassed to smile and lacking the confidence to fully enjoy life’s special moments. It’s actually how often you consume sugar that matters most

Every time you have something sugary, the bacteria in your mouth produce acid that attacks your teeth for around 20–30 minutes. So frequent snacking or sipping sugary drinks throughout the day keeps your teeth under constant attack 😬

👉 That means:
• A chocolate bar in one sitting is less harmful than small sugary snacks all day
• Sipping fizzy drinks slowly = more damage than drinking them quickly
• Giving your teeth a break between sugar exposure really matters

✨ Top tip: Try to keep sugary treats to mealtimes and avoid constant snacking
