It’s nice to be greeted by someone who knows you 👋💙

For many of our patients, the relationship with Dental Elements starts long before they sit in the dental chair.

Many of our friendly reception team have been with us for years, which means they really do get to know our patients — recognising familiar faces, understanding individual needs and being there when you need a little help or reassurance.

It’s one of the things we love about being a long-established local practice.

Sometimes the reviews that mean the most aren’t simply “everything was wonderful.”
This patient was understandably disappointed when their NHS status changed after they hadn’t attended for a couple of years during Covid.
They decided to try another dental practice.
But ultimately, they chose to come back to us — this time as a private patient.
Their reason?
“I didn’t find anywhere else as good.”
They went on to describe our dentists and hygienists as “amazing, really nice and so gentle” and appreciated knowing that, if they ever have a dental emergency, our team will always do their best to help.
We know choosing a dental practice is about much more than an appointment. It’s about finding a team you trust and somewhere you genuinely feel cared for.
